What else we do

St Andrews Baptist Church is developing many links into the local community such as;

- Chestnuts Primary School: Some of our members go into the school listen to children read and take part in assemblies others are involved in the governing body and 'Friends of Chestnuts' committee group. Recently we joined with the school in a huge community event called, 'Family Fun Day'

- Caton House Nursing Home: Monthly a team of us share in taking a worship service for the residents and staff. In addition to this many of us make regular pastoral visits to the home

- Neighbourhood Watch: We have a local neighbourhood watch group meeting in the church

- Community Police Support Officer: Regularly visiting the church we are delighted to have drop in visits from our CPSO

- Coffee Morning: Monthly a coffee morning is held in the church, opening our doors to everyone who would like to drop in for chill and chat and often there are trader stalls or jumble sales.

- Bridge Builder Trust: We work with the local Christian School's workers supporting several schools with Christmas Cracked and other initiatives such as M.O.U.S.E

- Churches Together in Bletchley: We are part of the exciting new developments of the CTB of seeking God's guidance to the next stage of our mission together

- Church Office: Opening in the New Year 2012, we plan to have a fully functional office that will be open to the public on Tuesday and Friday mornings. Watch this space!
